Student pilot needs to perform total of up to 5 hours of solo T/P (Traffic Pattern)

Our Cadet Program is tailored to accommodate the busy lives of students, taking into consideration their busy school schedules and extracurricular activities. Our primary objective is to enhance safety consciousness, and provide cadets with a comprehensive introduction to the fascinating aviation world, among many other valuable skills and experiences.
We recommend a minimum age of 12 years for enrollment in this program.
PPL GROUND SCHOOL
Our Private Pilot Ground School is the premier choice for aspiring pilots looking to master the essential theoretical subjects for a Private Pilot License. Our classroom environment fosters active learning, encouraging students to ask questions and benefit from the experiences of their peers. The program was designed by Slava Mordehaev, a senior flight instructor and commercial pilot.
Our program offers a 25-hour comprehensive curriculum. Classes are conveniently held at Montgomery County Airpark once a week for 10 weeks, from 6:30 pm to 9 pm.

Minimum 2 months to a one year and it all directly depends on student pilot’s schedule and availability. For someone available once a week probable will finish within one year.
FAA require to log at least 40 flight hours but the average to obtain PPL is around 65 flight hours.

The new student will be required to undergo the screening procedures following the guidance from TSA and to pass a medical examination.
To start a training you will need to show a proof of US citizenship or meet the Alien Flight Student Program requirements (TSA standard check) and have at least 3rd Class FAA medical or Basic Med.

Yes, the minimum age for a first solo is 16 and the minimum age to obtain a Private Pilot License is 17.
