We are hiring someone that is looking to become an FAA licensed aviation mechanic. At Pilot in Training Flight Academy, we offer a 3-year apprenticeship program that provides hands-on experience to become a certified Aviation Mechanic. Instead of attending a two-year college program, you'll work directly in our shop, under the supervision of experienced A&P-certified mechanics.

During the apprenticeship, you'll gain practical experience maintaining, inspecting, and repairing general aviation aircraft. Our mechanics will mentor you, helping you build the skills needed to pass the FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification exams. You’ll receive ongoing support, work with the latest tools and technology, and get paid while you learn.

By the end of the program, you’ll have the expertise and confidence to become a fully certified Aviation Mechanic, ready to start a successful career in aviation maintenance.
